The house has been designed with two separate levels of living areas, decks, bedrooms and bathrooms. There are 2 large bedrooms with king beds, making it an ideal luxury accommodation choice for discerning guests wanting privacy.

Upon entry to the house, you immediately feel the spaciousness, warmth and calming nature of the natural colours and textures. The NZ rimu timber floors throughout, perfectly complement the décor, with original mix of pacific/asian furniture and artwork, bringing together an environment of sophistication and style.

Lower level
Off the entry hall is a generous Spanish tiled bathroom with bath, large shower and under-floor heating. Full laundry facilities are hidden behind sliding doors. The modern, fully equipped kitchen also leads off the entry hall, with a dining room adjacent to this. This room easily accommodates the six person dining table and chairs.

The main lounge has modern furniture, LCD television with MySky and Surround Sound DVD/CD system. There is a working fireplace for the winter months. Glass folding doors open out onto a large deck. In front of you is an expansive lawn, from which, there is private path down to the beach.

The first of the 2 large bedrooms is at the end of the hall. It is an elegant room with king bed, LCD television and glass doors opening onto the deck. There is a small office/bedroom with single bed and office desk with wireless internet access.

Upper level
A wide staircase to the upper level leads to the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom with a glass walk-in shower and under floor heating. Opposite the master bedroom is a stunning lounge/living area. The sun-drenched lounge is furnished with rattan furniture, perfect for relaxing while listening to music, or looking out at the magnificent view of Kapiti. Glass doors fold back to a generous glass walled deck, wonderfully positioned for privacy and views.
