Mäkoha Beach House - Premium Beachfront Accommodation
Rate NZ$575 per night
Rate is for exclusive use of the entire property.
Accommodation for up to four guests. A two-night minimum stay is preferred. A booking of one night only will incur a NZ$75 service fee. Continental breakfast provisions are provided for the first day.

- Mäkoha Beach House accepts most major credit cards.
- Check-in time is 3pm, check-out time is 10am.
- Indoor areas of the beach house are non-smoking.
- Mäkoha Beach House does not allow pets.
- Most adjoining properties to Mäkoha Beach House are owner-occupied and out of respect for our neighbours there should be no parties, excessive noise or large gatherings.
- Detailed directions and access information to the property will be emailed to you once your booking has been confirmed.
Payment and cancellations
- A 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance is taken upon arrival.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will not receive a deposit refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged the total booking.
- Cancellation policy due to exclusive single party occupancy of the property.
