Payment
A 25% deposit is required to confirm booking. Balance payable on day of arrival.
Cancellation
- Cancellation made within 30 days of arrival will not receive a deposit refund.
- Cancellation within 15 days of arrival will be charged the total booking.
- Cancellation policy due to exclusive single party occupancy of the property.
